We have a couple of meetings today- a site council meeting this afternoon and a PTO meeting this evening. The U of O will resume their COVID-19 testing program this week and will be picking up the test kits tomorrow, Friday October 22nd. Tests are going home with students this afternoon.

BEGINNING STRINGS for Students in 3rd, 4th and 5th grade – Registration starts Oct 18th!String Academy is a fun and exciting opportunity for your child to learn to play the violin, viola, cello or bass! The Eugene-Springfield Youth Orchestras (ESYO) is once again offering this wonderful program online. Teachers are experienced professionals with a passion for bringing the joy of music to young students. Our online program includes fun and educational activities to keep children engaged and learning! And we provide the instruments! Dress for the WeatherMornings are getting chilly and now with a little drizzle, so please help your child dress for the weather when they wait lined up outside in the morning and for when they go out to recess. This will help to ward off colds and illness.

REMINDER: Nut Free Home Lunches & Snacks Home lunches or snacks need to be “Nut Free,” meaning to peanut or tree nut products, such as • Peanuts, walnuts, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, cashews, pistachios, Brazil nuts, pine nuts, macadamia nuts, etc. In normal times we can have nut free tables at lunch for students with allergies, but that is not possible this year. |
U of O Concessions Booth Helpers Needed!We are in need of volunteers for the Oregon Football Game on Saturday, October 30th, against Colorado.
