YG Newsletter – April 15, 2021

Dear friends and families of Yujin Gakuen:

We are almost at the end of our second week with all students in hybrid. Our students and staff are becoming more accustomed to the routines. We are glad to have kids back in school.

I’m hopeful that families are also getting accustomed to the new schedule and new routines. Drop off and pick up have gone better than we had expected. Thank you all for your support and understanding through the transition.

Sincerely,

Thomas Piowaty

Safety reminder as students return to school buildings: Dogs and other pets are prohibited on school grounds

As students are returning to school buildings this spring, we want to remind families and neighbors of some rules and regulations governing school grounds to help protect the safety of our students, staff and neighbors.

Please remember:
• School grounds are closed to the public during school hours.
• Dogs and other pets are not permitted on school grounds at any time, except as authorized by the superintendent or safety officer.*
• Off-leash dogs, pet waste, and dogs on synthetic fields are particular concerns.

For more information see: Back to School Safety: No Dogs on Campus

Parents and Guardians Coming to School? Remember to Wear Your Mask

We appreciate all students wearing their masks to school, but we also need all parents, guardians, and other visitors to wear masks when they are on school grounds. Thank you for wearing appropriate face covering when visiting school grounds.

For information on face coverings, see Your Guide to Masks from the Centers for Disease Control.
