Yujin Gakuen Japanese Immersion

Dear friends and families of Yujin Gakuen:

I hope you are all enjoying the warm summer weather. I suspect you have many questions about the start of the school year, whether or not we will be lifting some of the COVID protocols we had last year.

Thursdays are usually the days when the Family Newsletter is published, so I want to get back into the routine. I have a little information to share today, but I will send more information next week.

Thank you for your patience as you await more details about this school year, and thank you for supporting Yujin Gakuen.

August Office Hours

Laura Sensei will be back in the office on Monday, and the office will be open for business. See schedule below:

August 22 – September 6
8:00 AM to Noon and 1:00PM to 3:00 PM

The exterior doors will remain locked. Upon arrival please call the office, and someone will greet you at the door. Our office number is: 541-790-4606.

Breakfast in the Cafeteria – 8:00-8:20

This year, breakfast will be served in the cafeteria, not in the classrooms. Students who wish to have breakfast may come into the cafeteria to eat before school starts. Students eating breakfast may enter at 8:00AM. More information will be provided regarding where and how to enter the building for breakfast.
